Return, Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. applicability
This policy applies to all purchases made on www.invoguethnik.com
By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
2. products covered
This policy applies only to western dresses, gowns, partywear, evening wear, and related apparel sold by INVOGUE ETHNIK.
3. return & exchange eligibility
3.1 return / exchange window
A return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product
Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Note:- “Customers must share clear photos/videos of the issue within 48 hours. Without proof, requests may not be accepted.”
3.2 conditions for return / exchange
A product will be eligible for exchange only if:
- It is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Original tags, labels, and security tags are intact.
- It is returned in original packaging.
- There are no stains, perfume smell, sweat marks, makeup marks, tears, or damage.
- The product is in resalable condition.
- All returned products undergo a mandatory quality check at our warehouse.
- If the product fails inspection, it will be returned back to the customer, and no refund/ exchange will be issued.
4. valid reasons for return / exchange
Return or exchange requests are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Size or fit issue.
- Manufacturing defect.
5. non-returnable / non-exchangeable items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, festive offers, or discounted promotions.
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order gowns.
- Products with removed or tampered tags.
- Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage.
- Accessories (if sold separately).
6. sale products
Products bought during sale or special offers are exchange-only (subject to availability).
No refunds will be issued for sale items unless the product is damaged or defective.
7. exchange policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
If the requested size/style is unavailable, a store credit may be issued. (valid for 90 days)
Store credit cannot be encashed or transferred
8. return process
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at invoguethnik24@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
Share order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear images & unboxing video.
If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, you may be required to self-ship the product.
9. cancellation policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
A ₹200 cancellation charge will be deducted from the order value for all approved cancellations
Invogue Ethnik reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Payment failure
- Incorrect address
- Suspected misuse or bulk resale orders
10. refund policy
10.1 refund eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The product qualifies for return as per this policy.
- The returned product passes quality inspection.
10.2 refund amount
Refund includes product price only Shipping, cod, and convenience charges are non-refundable.
10.3 refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after quality check approval.
Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
11. payment policy
Cod refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer.
Bank details must match the order name.
12. refusal & misuse prevention
Invogue reserves the right to:
- Reject returns that fail quality checks.
- Refuse service for excessive or suspicious returns.
- Take action against fraudulent or worn-and-returned products.
- Our decision in such cases shall be final and binding.
